Booking Policy
PLEASE READ AND SIGN THE WAIVER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
This flight has a minimum of 2 passengers. If you would like to add a third please select 3 before checking out. If you are looking to go by yourself, please give us a call and we are happy to work with you.
Maximum weight: 300 lbs per passenger or a combined weight of 630 lbs.
Passengers will be weighed upon arrival to the reservation.
Flights are weather dependent! Our pilots make decisions before each flight and keep your safety at their number one priority.
Upon arriving for your tour, please make sure you have your driver’s license or some form of valid government issued photo ID and the card that you used to pay for the tour.
If you are paying with Cash we will still like to see your ID.
Acceptable forms of ID: Drivers license, Permit, State ID card, or Passport. A photo of your ID will also be acceptable if we can see all pertinent information- photo, first and last name, birthdate. If you have any questions, please call us (805)724-2646.
Wanting to watch? If your party is wanting to watch as the helicopter is taking off, there is wonderful picnic area with benches and tables for you to look out towards the Santa Barbara ridge line and watch us and other planes take off.
Shipping Policy
Doors off are amazing and is one our favorite upgrades here at Flying Fish Air!
Here are a couple things you will want to know before booking to ensure that you have an amazing time while also staying safe as safety is our number one priority here at Flying Fish Air.
- Our policy requires participants to be at least 10 years old for doors-off helicopter tours. Children aged 10 to 17 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
- We ask that that you leave behind:
- Hats, beanies, or any similar headwear.
- Any loose items
- Selfie stick
- Hats, beanies, or any similar headwear.
- We also please ask that you wear closed toed or strapped shoes.
Refund Policy
We are happy to refund you for any reason, we only ask that you let us know 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.

It is never fun having to cancel an adventure but we understand that circumstances can arise. Instead of canceling your whole adventure with us, we would love to reschedule with you!
