Booking Policy
PLEASE READ AND SIGN THE WAIVER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
This flight has a minimum of 2 passengers. If you would like to add a third please select 3 before checking out. If you are looking to go by yourself, please give us a call and we are happy to work with you.
Maximum weight: 300 lbs per passenger or a combined weight of 630 lbs.
Passengers will be weighed upon arrival to the reservation.
Flights are weather dependent! Our pilots make decisions before each flight and keep your safety at their number one priority.
Upon arriving for your tour, please make sure you have your driver’s license or some form of valid government issued photo ID and the card that you used to pay for the tour.
If you are paying with Cash we will still like to see your ID.
Acceptable forms of ID: Drivers license, Permit, State ID card, or Passport. A photo of your ID will also be acceptable if we can see all pertinent information- photo, first and last name, birthdate. If you have any questions, please call us (805)724-2646.
Wanting to watch? If your party is wanting to watch as the helicopter is taking off, there is wonderful picnic area with benches and tables for you to look out towards the Santa Barbara ridge line and watch us and other planes take off.
Refund Policy
Booking for drone events should be made 5-7 business days in advance. Some locations may need more if in the vicinity of some airports, and some may need less if they are in still other designated areas.
Flying Fish Air will acquire all necessary authorizations and permits from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal, State, City and Local agencies concerned. Client may assist with local permits, as needed.
Flying Fish Air will provide all drones, personnel, equipment and communications necessary for the contracted drone services. Flying Fish Air will be solely responsible for the decision to proceed with any drone flights or cancel them due to weather or any other condition perceived to be of unacceptable risk to the operation, mission, Flying Fish Air personnel, Client staff, or the general public.
Flying Fish Air will conduct all drone operations in compliance with existing FAA, State, Local and Municipal laws and regulations.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We are happy to reschedule at any point. If you need to cancel, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to allow us to accommodate others.
