Drones are registered with the FAA. We are fully insured for each event.

Booking Policy
Booking for drone events should be made 5-7 business days in advance. Some locations may need more if in the vicinity of some airports, and some may need less if they are in still other designated areas.
KB Drone Services will acquire all necessary authorizations and permits from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal, State, City and Local agencies concerned. Client may assist with local permits, as needed.
KB Drone Services will provide all drones, personnel, equipment and communications necessary for the contracted drone services. KB Drone Services will be solely responsible for the decision to proceed with any drone flights or cancel them due to weather or any other condition perceived to be of unacceptable risk to the operation, mission, KB Drone Service personnel, Client staff, or the general public.
KB Drone Services will conduct all drone operations in compliance with existing FAA, State, Local and Municipal laws and regulations.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In the event of cancellation of this work by Client for any reason after signature of a service agreement by Client and up to three days before the scheduled work, Client shall be obligated to pay 75% of the “Total Charges Due” specified under this agreement. In the event the drone services are canceled for any reason inside of two days prior to any of the contracted work, the “Total Charges Due” specified on this agreement shall be due, minus any deposits that have been paid.
